Why women were deprived from education and voting in a time that queen Victoria ruled in ?
1- she does not have the authority (nor does she has input in the political decisions)
2- she herself does not have the right to vote
3- she was afraid of church who has the dominant rule at that time
4- in a male- dominated society, she can not have any voice to speak.. especially she was suppressed under her husband who put "limits" to her ideas and decisions.
